Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Tarritrix Audit is a local SEO visibility audit for United States roofing contractors. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Google or any search engine. The audit reflects independent analysis of publicly available ranking and on-page signals.

2. Products and Pricing

2.1 Comprehensive Audit — $99 (one-time)

A one-time purchase that includes:

• 25-keyword × 10-point map-pack ranking analysis;
• On-page homepage analysis;
• Five-dimension scoring and an overall verdict;
• Your top five named competitors with share-of-voice;
• Missing service and area pages, and missing schema;
• Prioritized action items and “Questions to Ask Your SEO Provider”;
• Lifetime access to your audit dashboard.

2.2 Monitoring Subscription — $29 / month

A separate product that includes a monthly re-scan of your map rankings, month-over-month change tracking, competitor-movement tracking, and ranking-change alert emails. It does not include the comprehensive on-page analysis, missing-pages/schema, or PDF report. The Comprehensive Audit and the Monitoring Subscription are explicitly separate products.

2.3 Manual Fulfillment Services

Hands-on, done-for-you SEO services are offered separately through the Tarritrix platform at tarritrix.com under separate agreements and pricing. They are not part of this Service.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe in United States dollars. We do not currently collect sales tax; you are responsible for any taxes that may apply to you.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Comprehensive Audit ($99)

The Comprehensive Audit is refundable within 7 days only if the audit failed to generate or contains materially incorrect data. It is not refundable for dissatisfaction with your results: unfavorable results are a feature, not a defect — the Service is designed to tell you the truth about your visibility. We may grant discretionary refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole judgment.

4.2 Monitoring Subscription ($29 / month)

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing. No refund is issued for the current billing period, and access continues through the end of that paid period.

5. Account Access

Access is provided through single-use magic links that expire approximately 24 hours after they are issued. You are responsible for the security of the email account associated with your audit; anyone with access to that email or an active link may access your audit.

6. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old, represent a United States business, have authority to act on its behalf, and provide accurate information.

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

7.1 Nature of the Data

Search rankings fluctuate and may vary by approximately ±2 positions or more; each audit is a point-in-time snapshot. Competitor identification is frequency-based across the sampled searches. On-page analysis covers your homepage only.

7.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any ranking improvement, lead volume, revenue, or other business outcome.

7.3 Not Professional Advice

The audit is informational and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

The Service’s algorithms, scoring methodology, report formats, software, and Tarritrix branding are our exclusive property.

8.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to generate and deliver your results. You may use your results for your own business but may not resell or redistribute them.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TARRITRIX AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarritrix from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted remotely on an individual basis. You and we each waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring a claim of $10,000 or less in small-claims court in Burnet County, Texas.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Initiating a payment chargeback without first contacting us at support@tarritrix.com is grounds for immediate termination. Sections 8 through 12 survive any termination.

13. Modifications to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated “Effective date.” Where appropriate, we will provide email notice of material changes.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect (severability). These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them.
