Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tarritrix LLC (“Tarritrix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with Tarritrix Audit (the “Service”). Tarritrix Audit is a product of Tarritrix LLC and part of the Tarritrix platform. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you order an audit, you provide your business name, business address, email address, and — optionally — a phone number.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We use passwordless authentication cookies to keep you signed in to your audit dashboard, and we keep standard server logs (such as IP address, request timestamps, and user-agent strings).
1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store your payment-card or other financial information. All payments are handled directly by Stripe (see Section 3).
2. How We Use Your Information
- Generate your audit.
- Deliver your results and provide dashboard access.
- Process payments (through Stripe).
- Send transactional emails (magic-link sign-in, audit-ready notifications, receipts).
- Maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
We do not use your information for third-party advertising.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
We share the minimum data necessary with the following providers to operate the Service:

We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Retention
- Customer and audit records: retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- Authentication tokens: approximately 24 hours.
- Server logs: approximately 30 days.
- Payment records: retained by Stripe in accordance with their policies and law.
5. Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, email support@tarritrix.com. We will permanently delete your customer and audit data within 30 calendar days of a verified request, except records we are required to retain for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Data Security
We protect your information with TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, row-level security (RLS) on our database, secrets stored as environment variables (never in code), and passwordless (magic-link) authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, the right to request its deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any of them, email support@tarritrix.com.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective date” above reflects the most recent version. Where appropriate, we will communicate material changes by email.
